Transparent Interview Process – The interview was structured, with clear communication and a fair assessment process. Impactful Work – CPCS works on meaningful projects that provide valuable insights and operational improvements. This was the part I was most interested about as I would get good experience in different types of projects.
Cons
Since most of the team is from Canada, you will have to expect the interviews to be conducted in their time zone, but they always respect your availability and confirm the interview timings before scheduling them.
