Work Life Balance is like no other company I've ever worked. Managers hear you. Ideas are heard.
Cons
Executive Leadership heavy. Always starting new initiatives without fully developing them out. Always on to the next big Leader thought that pulls everyone from their work to chase and build, then it vanishes and no one looks or uses it. WAY too many meetings for nothing.

I was hired as a Talent Advisor (a/k/a a Recruiter) for a designated region in the USA. I was trained from day one and every day is a new learning experience for me. I am part of a great Team and the best thing I can say about CSC Serviceworks is this is truly a company that "LISTENS" to its work workforce and provides them with the training and tools to succeed!
