Pros

only thing great is the opportunities to learn and network. Work onsite and network with their customers, there's so many places that we serviced that would hire you as in-house inspection. If you stay here at least a year you can learn a lot, but by that point, Id recommend testing out and getting certification and moving right to another company who WILL pay you WAY more than they will.

Cons

manic CEOs, who buy themselves toys like tricycles and gaming computers instead of paying a fair wage for the work provided. Management uses scare tactics and gaslighting to keep you in your place. Do the bare minimum you're required or its not worth working here. Current COO, Jeff B is incapable of human communication, always has to be the one who is right, or has the final idea. Supervisors will work directly with him constantly, and it is absolutely exhausting with how uptight and fake he is.
