Pros

People are pleasant to work with and are willing to help each other, okay benefits, job experience, understanding if you need off for health and family reasons

Cons

Travel requirements get exhausting after a while and makes it difficult to have a proper work/life balance sometimes, most calibration equipment is old and constantly have issues and they cannot afford to replace anything, poor communication, workload is very unbalanced and unpredictable, policies are constantly inconsistent, training is abysmal, expectations way too high for what they pay, definitely some favoritism and management feels very cliquey
