-Everything.
-Poor supply lines for material. (The old "Why's it not done?!"...."I'm still waiting on this material.")
-Poor communication.
-Not enough B foreman, so insufficient supervision, causing expensive rework.
-Not enough access to prints and information for workers.
-Pigeonholing of apprentices, stopping them from learning and progressing in their trade.
-Unable to use the skills and knowledge of their workers properly.
-They SQUEEZE workers. Constant pressure to produce. They have this ridiculous "points" system, which results in everybody cutting corners everywhere to get a few more "points" of production each day...this inevitably leads to problems and rework, which helps Canem dig their own grave.
-Always trying to get one over on workers. Always.
-Low morale. They do nothing to raise this.
-The constant feeling that one is on a sinking ship, which one was.
-They do not reward hard work. Work hard as a foreman and they'll just kick you to the curb when it's convenient for them.
