Major issues in the office environment, toxic director with a fancy title who is a loud demanding authority that will dominate any conversation, is unapproachable as always ”busy” yet rarely works, does not lead by example instead takes credit for the team. Don’t expect any feedback or appreciation here either. Lots of “seniors” in the company who are useless, but entitled as they have been there for years, so they will use all the fresh meat they get to fix their mistakes and get their work done for them.
