This is hands down the worst company I've ever experienced. They overwork and underpay their staff like there's a prize for it. The CEO is a terrible leader. He has no concept of motivating and uplifting his employees. During COVID, their toxic practices only heightened. Every townhall was a reminder that "working from home is not productive and we look forward to being back in the office." They are now demanding individuals return to work and even asking if people have been vaccinated! The HR manager is a bully who's clearly lost site of the fact she's supposed to be an advocate for HUMANS and not company slaves. Stay far away from this company if you value your time, your health or the American dollar.

Unless you’re part of the “club” senior management. Don’t expect to receive much, if any, raise or bonus. They primarily hire temps, then string them along until they either quit, or aren’t needed anymore. It allows them hire cheap labor, without having to supply benefits or vacation time. If you do get hired full time, it’s usually for much less than what industry standard is.
