This is company is very famous for its hiring and firing policy in Noida. If you are experienced person and looking for stability then I would suggest you to not join this company. Even you can join any startup and there you will get better environment and policy than here. Few other achievements 1. Alternate Saturday Working 2. Some people are saying 6 months appraisal cycle but I wana mention here that maximum you will get 3000 increment on your monthly inhand salary in first six months and same in the another half year so you will get 5000-6000 increment yearly on in-hand salary. 3. No flexible in work timings, its fixed and you have to spend 2PM to 12 AM time in company and on you chair. 4. If your working hours is less than 8-9 then it will be considered as a half day. 5. Monthly review system is there and if you get continuous 3 months bad ratting then you got fired. 6. They provide lunch on working Saturday but food quality is very bad. Even most of the people prefer outsider lunch rather than here. 7. You can't take leaves easily on festivals and in other family functions. They do not update to the client about your leaves, even on Diwali, Holi or Rakshabandhan, you or one of your team member will have to come office and send daily work status report to the client of all the team members while the members are on leave. 8. If you are notice period then they will behave like their biggest enemy. They will hold you 3 months salary and provide after 90 days. 9. All clients are god them and employees are just like slave. 10. Politics is any where. 11. Very less salary package according to the market standard. Even HR will not open all the policies at the time of joining like paid cab facility, yearly bonus deduction from your in hand salary. Please do not join this company, if you have urgent job requirement and you were not getting any job in the market then only you can join here otherwise not.
