      It's a job. You get paid.

      Cons

      Extreme favoritism and little to no support. You will get in trouble if you ask for help. You are given too many kids to show any of them the love and patience they deserve. If the director likes you, you can get away with listening to videos on bluetooth headphones all day while you lift two year olds BY ONE ARM. If she doesn't, you won't have a good time.

      ***VERY VERY HIGH TURNOVER RATE** -Management often fails to plan in advance, leading to chaos and sudden barked orders as soon as employees walk in -Employees are regularly kept beyond their scheduled shift times without timely communication or confirmation from management, leading to delays of 45–90 minutes and uncertainty around when work will actually end -Low pay (99% earn $14/hr) -Unfulfilled promises of increased pay with excuses regarding delay
