Attracting guests to stay and charging big money A new team of staff each year, except managers Lovely food and menu for guests
Cons
Fake managers who come across friendly in interview and treat you horribly when there. Work overtime with no pay Work hours with no break, and break not paid for.. basic kids food menu for staff. No social security and pay huge % tax. Be prepared to be used and abused.
