      Pros

      CinemaTech is a wonderful place to work. The company cares deeply about it's people, products and clients. Everyone works as a team. The company has a great culture and there is a lot of room for growth if you are willing to work hard.

      Cons

      The company works with very high end clients so if you are not able to bring your best - whether that is follow up, organizational skills or communication it can be hard to keep up.

      Flexibility, support, long term team, opportunities, travel, interesting projects, internal support with questions and clients and great people to work with

      Cons

      There's lots of freedom so for people that need micro or constant management, they will not get that here.

      Pros

      Great product and great people to work with both internally and externally. The company truly cares about the team. It's rare to find a company that has most team members stay for 10+ years. Everyone works hard, knows their stuff and gets along while doing it. Very grateful for the company.

      Cons

      Being a small company, everyone wears alot of hats. This is not for everyone.
