      The individuals who work there are a joy to work with, the environment is great.

      Cons

      They can be disorganized when it comes to the hiring process that can drag out, along with not properly providing enough training time/resources for the new hires.

      Pros

      Very organized, great quality assurance, there's always opportunities for growth, little turn out rate, highly qualified staff, diversity of programs, supportive staff, very influential and well respected organization in South Florida.

      Cons

      Avatar EHR. It makes staff work harder. Other than that CHN is one of the most solid organizations in South Florida in its field.

      Having some good relationships with the mental kids

      Cons

      The children are very disrespectful and have no respect for anybody. They will physically attack you and the staff will hesitate to help you. Most of the employees arrived 15-25 minutes late. The so called doctors and psychiatrist were very pretentious and unprofessional. The mental kids is their bread and butter for the company and will do anything for the kid to stay in the program. The place enabled the kids to continue down a ritual path of destruction. Do not work there
