Having some good relationships with the mental kids
Cons
The children are very disrespectful and have no respect for anybody. They will physically attack you and the staff will hesitate to help you. Most of the employees arrived 15-25 minutes late. The so called doctors and psychiatrist were very pretentious and unprofessional. The mental kids is their bread and butter for the company and will do anything for the kid to stay in the program. The place enabled the kids to continue down a ritual path of destruction. Do not work there
