      Kinda like working for yourself except...

      Pros

      -Your sales skills and ability to connect to callers directly impact your pocket. -You have some control over your schedule. -Work from home can be earned. -Casual attire in office -They leave you to do your thing as long as you meet their minimum requirements.

      Cons

      -Collections is hard, much less during a global pandemic when many are struggling financially. -Two late nights required weekly. -Work from home is taken away as they see fit. -Meeting their minimum requiments is not always feasible. They say they look at the whole situation and understand when this occurs but their actions are inconsistent with that.

      Pros

      Anyone that has been there long enough can help you out with whatever you need. Having people that you can trust to help you is a plus, especially with Client Services. They have an excellent benefits package that kicks in very quickly. You get PTO that helps when you have stuff to do when you are supposed to be at work. Having veterans programs is awesome!! Excellent place, I love it.

      Honestly can't say anything negative about the company. They have been nothing but remarkable.

      Pros

      I can't seem to think of anything positive about my experience at Clientservices. My only positive experience with Clientservices was the lady I talked to schedule my interview she was very friendly and informative.

      Cons

      They lie to you about everything from when you should expect a bonus, to business needs and last but not least if your actually laid off or your employment was terminated. HR was very rude and had no compassion but why should they! They still have a job! Oh and they tell go ahead and file unemployment but when you do....DENIED! Really why tell us to file and then you deny it. LIES, LIES and MORE LIES. How can such reputable banks do business with such a untrustworthy company.
