Switzerland based company who doesn’t treat US as themselves. Poor leadership. Constant Misalignment. Poor treatment of employees. Finances handled poorly. No accountability. Reoccurring layoffs. Low morale. No planning, or strategizing. Little to no diversity. Right hand doesn’t know what left is doing. You’re ask to do more than what you were hired for. Hostel work environment.
