Pros

The customers are helping to make the world a safer place. Work from home/hybrid options Job role constantly changes Lunch available at times.

Cons

The leadership team either do not care, or are not made aware of what is happening in the product development cycle, nor the employee practices that are commonplace within the business. The only thing that seemed important was sales. Embarrassing amount of talk about AI (which is not integrated in to their product) and reducing costs within the business. The product is a mess. They over promise and under deliver to their customers. Office needs updating, some heating wouldn't go amiss.

Pros

Clue has a fantastic culture, with a supportive, collaborative and intelligent team. The leadership team is transparent and genuinely cares about employees growth and well-being. A fast-paced, evolving and rewarding environment where you can been seen making real impact. Flexible working arrangements, with the ability to work remotely. Strong focus on innovation, with opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology. Clue is growing rapidly, which brings plenty of opportunities for career progression. Microsoft Partner status means exposure to a wide range MS tools I hadn't used before.

Cons

As with any growing company, things move fast, which may not suit those who prefer a slower pace. Some processes are still improving as the company scales, but leadership is proactive in addressing challenges. I had too much to eat in the weekly company lunch today.

Small company with a big potential impact

Pros

The Company's mission is fantastic - "protecting society from harm". It's one of the reasons I was drawn to the business. The leadership team are all approachable and work well together, with the ambition and drive to grow the company, make it a success and have happy staff. There is a great community that Clue is involved in; lots of networking and hundreds of exciting opportunities. The product works!! The customers are happy and are able to customise it to suit what they need it for. The people are great and we have a great, flexible and trusting culture.

Cons

The office is outdated, which is known and is being addressed with a refurbishment planned. There is a lack of training and development generally, but I've heard that this is going to be looked at. There's lots to do and we're still developing ways of working

Really appreciate your response and the feedback you've given. We do have a fantastic product (that truly works!), a great team of diverse individuals who all share the same goal and believe in what we do. What more could you want! The office is a work-in-progress and needs some work, this is in progress. And it is a busy time for everyone right now in this scale-up journey we're on but we are committed to investing in our people so will be implementing programmes and training opportunities wherever possible. Pros

Clue’s a genuinely purpose-driven company with customers doing incredible, meaningful work that’s easy to get behind. When the product clicks, it really clicks — the customer stories you hear every day make it clear how much impact the platform has. The people are fantastic: smart, passionate and genuinely collaborative. There’s a real sense of pride in what everyone’s building together. On the practical side, the benefits and pay are strong and the work–life balance is excellent — they really do mean it when they talk about flexibility and looking after people. The annual Clue Connect customer conference is a highlight too: honestly one of the best customer events I’ve seen, and a brilliant showcase of what the product can do. Leadership is approachable and open, and there are plenty of chances to grow, share ideas and make a real difference.

Cons

Like any growing SaaS company, things can feel hectic at times and processes sometimes need tightening up. But the leadership team listens and genuinely tries to improve, which goes a long way.
