      Can reach out to CEO directly. WFH policy Flexible working hours Friendly team

      Cons

      No seniors and lots of ambiguity, often results in interns having the grunt of work. Flexible working = 24/7 work No holidays given apart from the weekends. No guidance, not good for freshers. Unsustainable project timelines. Low pay

      Pros

      Hybrid work, with only Wednesdays requiring a physical visit to a rented boardroom, as there is no actual office.

      Cons

      Do not recommend this at all. It’s a trap that requires you to sign a six-month service bond and places immense pressure on you, with no senior guidance. It’s run by an unqualified CEO who is just a school leaver, essentially a kid with no software engineering knowledge or degree. This isn’t even a proper company, it’s just an attic with nothing of substance. They don’t pay on time, often delaying payments for weeks. And if you submit your resignation notice, you won’t receive any salary. Unrealistic deadlines and loop.
