Avoid joining. Dirty politics inside.

Cons

After joining you realise how the employees live in fear. Silent meetings nobody talks in those team meetings. This shows how the work culture is set. Nobody likes being noticed here. Your life will be hell if the upper management notices you. Unexperienced people managing unexperienced people. Great combo. Also the senior people have grudge for other seniors and they transfer those grudges to every new joiny they encounter.
