Monetary things that need improvement. Leadership has touched on all of these so I'm hopeful but they need to follow through.
Compensation - I'd say we're at the bottom of what the market pays across the board and that's just not going to keep people around for the long haul. This includes raises and/or bonuses
PTO - We're still at 2 weeks which is not good but coming into this year, they allowed 1 week of rollover so it was a slight improvement but they just need to offer more officially. Off the record, they are pretty flexible but many people won't rely on that, so it needs to be more official
Benefits (for families) - The company does contribute to benefits but for families, it doesn't do much
401K doesn't have a match yet. Before this year, they didn't have a 401K period so hopefully there is a match soon
Respect amongst colleagues needs to be improved. Some teams here can really go overboard with their unprofessionalism and it seems tolerated. A part of me wants to believe Leadership wants to observe it themselves first before doing anything but again, people will only stay for so long with that going on.
