4yThank you for the feedback! While you share some optimism about what we're doing and where we're going, we obviously have a lot of work to do to get there. We are very sorry to hear you are having a negative experience up to this point feeling overworked and underpaid. Improving how work is getting done and collaboration across the various teams is very important to us and hope we can implement some changes soon.
You pointed out compensation and we agree with you as we came to the realization we had to be more competitive. That is why we are in the middle of our mid-year reviews which will lead to merit increases across the board. We are confident this will help alleviate that problem while our additional benefits and perks continue to improve each year.
