Nice friendly people (most of the time), really like what they do. Very competent, and open to knowledge and discussion (when it comes to projects). You can work on very interesting projects.
Cons
There is always need for crunch at the end of the project and extra hours are not compensated. Hard to talk about company issues because management takes everything as a personal attack towards them.
