The past few months has been a complete juxtaposition to how I came into the business and so my ratings are based on how things are (and how I see us moving). There is a clear direction, with an ambitious team driving the company forwards. Plenty of career potential in an exciting industry, with a company offering a solid set of products addressing serious problems in the digital asset space. I am also starting to see a culture shift. Previous experience here has been uneasy with staff coming and going, but the recent changes have rejuvenated team spirits. The general consensus is one of optimism and everyone (from what I can tell) really feels empowered to deliver results for the business. One final note is the work life balance. There is a lot of work demand in a fast growing company. This isn't a 9-5. We all have a vision of what we want to achieve and we all understand the requirements to do so. However, I must say, senior staff are very clear on life being more important. I would never feel looked down on for having to miss parts of the work day if had an appointment or if I had to shut my laptop down at 4 because I've had a sh*t day.
