less than average salary in market, No change in designation before 8 years of working in same role. A huge difference between salary of MBA guys with 0 yrs of work exp. and Engineering Grad with 5+ yr of work exp. Full of politics. Not proper path for career progression. For Engineering Grad. it pay less than many Indian companies. Because of old plant in Aurangabad, which got closed... most of senior managers in plants are from Maharashtra and this has made the culture biased . Managers talk in marathi mostly. culture has become corrupted.
