Pros

the pay is good for the field

Cons

oh my gosh. this place is a mess. I have never seen so many red flags with a company just in my training weeks. The miscommunication issues are in all departments. Even the CEO doesnt communicate well. I continue to have issues with this place. First they informed I'd get paid 2 weeks after my start date. My first paycheck is not arriving for a month and a half. They drill in you the importance of getting your rbt test done in the first three weeks of hire but I'm on week 5 and still can't get anyone to do my attestation paperwork which needs to be done prior to applying to take the test. Other employees have been there for 7+ months and still havent taken their test. Which makes sense. When you pass the test, they have to give you a pay raise. I've sent 4 emails and have given up after being told my persistence was unprofessional. I was told I was working at one location upon hire and had this reiterated to me daily in training just to show up to my location first day out of training and be told I wasnt on the schedule and sent home. I was sent to the wrong location. I was also mistrained on the note type utilized for rccf and now have to redo all of my notes since day one. That's 8 notes. I was hired to do an 8 hour shift but am lucky to get 6 hours a shift. I can't work more by going to the centers like some staff because I'm not rbt certified yet. I also am not pcm trained and Everytime I ask to be I get told I have to do my rbt test first. I'm being short changed on hours and was mis-trained. I have expressed my concerns to others rbts and they have informed me this is normal for upper management. This job is stressing me out so much and it's not even the clients. It's the pure disorganization of management. I will be finding a new job. Stay away. The $24 an hour isn't worth the lack of sleep you will get because of this job. If it's not the run around from upper management, the drama between staff and the lack of professionalism and favoritism should keep you away.

Pros

-Good pay for the field

Cons

-underplays and ignores staff saftey concerns even after multiple reported injuries - on floor communication (or the lack of) often elevates situations into more physically unsafe than nessecary. -HR communication is only fast when they are asking for responses, does not respect timely communication. -often understaffed at multiple facilities - admin to floor workers communication is almost nonexistent - unclear and often changing attendance policies (clock in procedure, call out criteria, etc.)
