Pros
Most organized place I've worked at. Good structure in place which helps define expectations and ability to get the job done. The staff are very friendly with each other. Owners treat everyone with respect and enthusiastically support their input and efforts. Team environment makes it feel like everyone is working together for one, collective goal.
Cons
Honestly, very happy to be working for this type of a company, so not complaints at all.
