    Columbia is a great place to go and learn valuable sales skills. The people are what keeps employees there minus a few senior managers.

    Cons

    A business that is bleeding assets and not taking the appropriate actions to advance amongst competitors. There are managers stuck in an old way of thinking, and innovation is lacking.
