Medical is free - but comes with a $5000 deductible. Assembly line atmosphere. I've never seen a company where the employees care less about each other. Database driven convoluted fifteen year old technology would be frustrating if you had any kind of real world experience. Only management and long time employees get a bonus. Developers on time clock - assigned tasks beyond reason. Work at home is rarely allowed and expectations are higher for those that do. We had it better than the developers who worked in a warehouse environment.
