9yThanks for taking the time to write this review. We really appreciate it. As a growing company, we believe that things are changing every day on the way to success. One thing that has never changed and never will is our belief in R&D excellency— giving the power to our engineers and having the best talents out there working with us is the only way to develop great products.
This is the reason we really like discussing things openly with our engineers (and all our employees), from personal meetings with the CEO to company meetings where we share our thoughts, our milestones, and even our revenue numbers.
Working at a growing company is always challenging, but as a “company for long distances” we do our best to give our employees the balance between work and life. The fact that 60% of our employees are parents speaks for itself.
