Chaotic and political, strong culture of blame
Pros
Good compensation, free food in Chertsey, free parking. Office is OK, well equipped.
Cons
For a company that large, you would think they’d be able to organise the direction they want to go in, yet they constantly squabble over how things should get done, with the result that nothing gets done, but costs spiral for many years, markets get upset as they’re contributing to the costs. They made a lot of people redundant and it was handled horribly with no concern for the welfare of people who put their hearts and soul into the success of Compass. I would never trust any of the leaders there if my life depended on it. Nepotism is rife among them and they all follow one person wherever he works, making everyone’s lives miserable wherever they go.
