- Very smart, collegial, collaborative employees - Fun, engaging culture - Simulating science and a deep pipeline (3 assets in clinic) with great funding - OrbiMed backed - Outstanding benefits (no out of pocket medical expenses) Compass is for hardworking people who want to make an impact.

Very small company so be aware that employees do wear many hats in order to support the organization

Given a lot of responsibility and opportunity over the past few years. Benefits are good, but comparable to most biotech companies in the area.
Cons
Tense and high pressure work environment. No recognition for achievements. No respect for employees from upper management. No direction or plan for long term success of the company. No transparency, important information not communicated to employees.
