Pros

Dedicated to growing opportunities for those who want to help work for it! They put their clients needs and business as a top priority. All campaigns are managed to provide the best quality at all times

Cons

Working and training those employees who just want to be lazy. They have to give them a chance, as they do everyone, but it rarely works out. It drains the environment!

Pros

Working at Complete Call Solutions is honestly great! There are plenty of perks such as birthday recognition, perfect attendance bonuses, fast-accruing PTO, long lunches Do and on top of that, the environment and culture are top of the line for a company of its size.

Cons

Sometimes communication with management is unclear and things often get very busy.
