      Worst campus to work for, admin always out, staff overworked

      The one meal a day that doesn’t even taste good

      Cons

      Staff are consistently overworked and expected to work weekends, directors are always out up to 2 weeks at a time, offices always closed admins overpayed for the little work that they do. Facilities are always dirty and the campus overall looks gross and filthy who would want to come here????

      Pros

      Small place, so working closely with a wide variety of people keeps things interesting.

      Cons

      My salary is $62,000, but I take home $48,000 after CalPERS and insurance. This is not enough to survive with a family in CA. Lots of very adamant Christians here, so it feels subtly homophobic.
