Worst campus to work for, admin always out, staff overworked - Advisor Compton Community College Employee Review

Staff are consistently overworked and expected to work weekends, directors are always out up to 2 weeks at a time, offices always closed admins overpayed for the little work that they do. Facilities are always dirty and the campus overall looks gross and filthy who would want to come here????
