Tele-commuting from home instead of having to drive into the office. Management rarely contacts you unless they need something specific. Work on your own at your own pace as long as the tasks are completed.
Cons
Ever expanding work responsibilities with no additional salary. Inventory and Project Manager responsibilities are becoming mixed. Analysts now work double the accounts so not all accounts are worked fully.
