***I've worked with CompuCom Pune*** this company is a trap, they'll offer you good money with certain position, certain timings and certain nature of your job. Once you join and u've spent around 1 month already in the company, they'll change everything as per their will, be it your position, job timings or the kind of work you'll get. You are not left with any choice but to say yes, as you don't have any offer in hand now...you raise your voice and they'll throw you out of the company. Worst management I have seen in my career... Policies are not at all employee friendly They tell you are hired as developer but actually they put you in support with different technology They are using oldest technology and reluctant to change In the name of cost cutting. Managers and HR of no use. Director & his managers give good rating and sudden hike to their favorite's who are yes men but those who work hard get peanuts. Those who came on good package are only staying as they are not getting opportunities due to covid-19 Office depot leadership takes all the decisions and CompuCom do not have power. They fired too many employees in covid-19 and now projects are unmanageable They are cutting Bonus - Very odd shift time - On call and shift allowance are peanuts - 3 months notice period
