Experience gained over many years by working in various domains can be shared with the management and the team. Management and team is open to suggestions and willing to adapt for the benefit of the organization. Openminded culture to respect individual ideas make the employee understand their value addition to the company and encourages them to contribute more positively. Merit is the primary factor for recognition and promotion and absolutely no favoritism. Work life balance of the employee is maintained and encouraged to take leave to spend time with the family, which rejuvenates and allow us to come back with more energy. Team is working remotely and scattered. The cohesiveness is yet to happen. Expecting once the unusually situation changes we will all work together and know each other better.
