      Pros

      The management isn't sure of how to streamline things. Worked overtime during black Friday and Christmas.. Never received overtime pay in my account . Worked 10 months. The office equipment and ambience is okay. Need to work a lot on atmosphere in the office.

      Cons

      Employees aren't valued. No encouragement for devoted employees.
