      Pros

      Some of the staff are well connected in the industry and the content of the product is worth their asking price.

      Cons

      There's no understanding of project management in this company. The management is constantly inventing new projects without allowing their employees to focus on completing the tasks that are already on their plates.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, knowledgeable, and friendly. Students and faculty alike are always contributing to a great community. Departmental interactivity can usually lead to breakthroughs in deployment of different strategies.

      Cons

      Management lacks focus. Too many side projects distracting from the core product. Eventually, the core product will begin to suffer because of it.
