Pros

The products; Company was spun off from the reputed Bristol mysers squibbs- BMS; New management is trying to bring in professionalism; the HR staff are good and maintain good relations with employees - try to help iron out issues smoothly; Sales and marketing people are qualified and trained well in products

Cons

Products are costlier than some competitors, exits in sales team possibly due to pressure, not able to meet high targets set for them ofthen with out discussion and agreement; politics ( 'favouritism') that affects high performers who are forced to think of leaving due to not wanting to get involved in politics or have been shown by the favourites to be non-performers or not alining to company values and objectives. Good work is not 'recognised' - only when there is a direct impact on revenues this is valued. Employees are coached what to say and what not to say to Senior Management / Leadership team including CEO when they visit a country. India management is unprofessional and play games with people

Pros

Good products is all I can think of at the moment.

Cons

No company values whatsoever. Poor vision (India level) which translates into suboptimal work. mismanagement. Weak HR policies, polarised top management, mediocre (if at all) work environment, low employee morale. The place is very political, large egos leading to sycophancy. The salary and perks specified are only on paper. Tax cuts are basis whims and fancies of management. Perks are designed in order to give max benefit to company, and minimum to employee. The fine prints in the offer letter are too many. Best to avoid this place altogether. If you are still keen, talk to at least a few ex-employees before joining. Its something I dint do, and wish I did.
