Great onboarding experience with well planned meeting that covers all the different aspects. Almost everything is well documented and have all the different internal applications for different purposes. A very well-structured enablement plan for the job is also in place.

One of the best place to work. A lot of hardcore engineering goes behind Couchbase products. No micro management at all. Supportive teams.

Great culture within the teams. Great product. Smart people.

All the recent reviews about the recent VP are correct. He is bringing in the well known AWS culture. Always pushing teams with stricter timelines. Tells you on the face that he doesn't want to hear 'No'. Engineers being transferred among projects without much thoughts. Everyone is feeling burnt out within few months of him coming onboard.
