Pros
You're working with some of the best brands in craft beer and cider. Growing company with devoted ownership. Amazing co-workers.
Cons
Very little training -- especially with inter-company promotions. Senior management (outside of ownership) can be unreliable or confrontational. A lot of tension between departments. Starting pay is competitive in the industry but increases are infrequent.
