Pros

None they’re going on strike may 11th shows truly what it’s like

Cons

I worked hard at this company for months with a clean record and no issues. Out of professional respect, I informed the manager that I had been accepted back into the British Army, giving them five months' notice to prepare. Instead of showing support, I was immediately dismissed via a phone call—without the decency of a face-to-face conversation or any notice period. It is deeply disappointing that a company claiming to be 'proudly British' would let a person struggle financially after they’ve committed to serving their country. Their actions, including a lack of basic respect such as observing a minute's silence for those who served, show a total disregard for the team. No apology or contact has been made since. I strongly advise others to be cautious, as this company does not seem to value loyalty or service.
