Tons of negative things to say about Crossengage. Starting from top to bottom because a fish rots from the head down. One of the co founders loves to control people, the master of micro management, treats people like his servants and expect that people do what he tells them (see other reviews on the same guy). People are leaving the company or are fired by management and that is very normal thing there. The company does not have clear vision and mission. Everything is chaotic and there is no any plan what should be done and how it should work.
No traces of leadership, proper HR management (not only office management), transparent hiring process, ... Promotion or increasing the salary is only possible to get if the one of the co founder like you and not based on any results of your work.
On the team leader level couple of guys with problematic attitude and very unexperienced for that position. Not possible to proposed new solutions or discuss on the existing solutions because ego of some people are really sensitive on critics plus with very weird social behavior. Bullying other people using rude comments on code reviews or verbal communication in meeting is quite common for one guy.
Overtime work is very normal in this company and management ignores to think on refunding the overtime.
