7yMany thanks for your well-balanced review. As you know, we try to improve constantly and I´m happy that you recognizing our efforts here.
Employee turnover is certainly something that we need to work on, even though in the startup-world it´s also sometimes not unusual that people want to move on after having been >2 years with a company. With a growing company there will be hopefully also more chances internally for personal growth and development of people and besides that my clear goal is to improve employee experience at CrossEngage with structured interview processes and a warm welcome at the beginning, regular feedback and transparent communication while being at CrossEngage as well as a positive, result-oriented culture where everybody can contribute and is respected as a valuable member of the team.
