CEO is a master manipulator and exploits employees. She doesn't like when you take vacations or have a personal life. Prepare to be severely underpaid, nothing is confidential, absolutely NO room to grow. because CEO is power-hungry and emotionally abusive, you only get paid once a month and it is ALWAYS late, you DO NOT get consistent pay stubs. Everyone on the team has been strategically hired based on their self-esteem and race. She wants to ensure that she will never get confronted or reported. The CEO is EXTREMELY discriminatory and pretends as if she doesn't know when she says racist things.
