While they claim to welcome ideas, they only support those that align with a particular group of individuals in the 'senior management.' Their purported commitment to customer-centricity and market demand appears to be a joke, as nobody truly understands what's happening, and every company-wide townhall regurgitates the same content. Within the organization, some individuals only offer advice, pretend to work, and fail to accomplish anything substantial. Moreover, they react strongly, resorting to yelling, when presented with reasonable counter-arguments. The company seems to operate like a family business, where favoritism consistently triumphs over sound reasoning.
