Very good work culture cultivated by top leaders. Good and unbiased salary hikes, for freshers and senior software engineers double-digit salary hikes are a common. Fast-growing company with double-digit YoY growth . Since 2018-2023 the growth has been around 18-20% YoY. Hybrid Work from Home(3 days from office, 2 days from home ) Growth opportunities for freshers are immense. Lesser variables, so compensation lies close to CTC. Stable and robust company. Lesser lay-offs. Monetary Appraisals were done in Covid times with first one being moderate and shifted to Nov instead of April (2020 Nov) at least but later half-yearly appraisals were done to cover the moderate one.

Lots of work & tight deadlines from client sides. Sometimes needs to work on weekends. Girls favouritism. Everytime needs to convince manager for leaves. Above mentioned things are totally depends on project, clients and team. In some projects, peoples have nothing to do still get better increments, work culture is great, tech stack is best, frequent team outing etc.. But some projects have lots of work pressure, deadlines, stress etc.. but increment is less..
