      Only good for job security. Good for freshers. Experienced employees please avoid

      Job Security is good. Good for freshers.

      1. Managers are only good at micro management. I worked under 4 managers and 3 of them were unable to handle the critical situations and escalations were always pointed to dev or testers. 2. I did not have stability in the organization as I only worked on short duration project. 3. Appraisal system is complete failure. Someone who is warming the bench for most of the year would get more appraisal than the person who was billable and worked on project. And you will not get valid explanation for it. 4. Even if you complete the task in time you will get extra work either new task or colleague's remaining work. You will end up sitting extra hours. Funny thing is their tagline is "Bringing life to work" :D 5. During pandemic no extra support or facilities were provided by company instead they spent money on employee activity tracking tool which monitors employee's time. Minimum 8 hours is must. 6.No benefits or facilities like laptop or other reimbursement during WFH 7. They are forcing people on bench to come to office and sit idle during pandemic time. Or salaries are cut half. 8. Delayed hikes and promotion. 9. Worst canteen and your time will not be calculated if you are in canteen. Employees end up having lunch on their desk to cover time. 10. Variable pay is complete scam. They won't pay. 11. You won't get project as per your skills. And so called RMG dept will force you to work on it. 12. No rewards and recognition for exceptional work.

      1. Great Work Culture 2. Can maintain a balance between professional and personal life 3.Not too much of hectic work 4. No Hire and Fire Policy 5. Amazing activities conducted every month by the HR, so in this company its not just only work ,but lots of fun as well.

      No pros False commitments to employees at the time of joining.

      Cons

      There are many cons:- 1) They don't care for the life of the employees. They are forcing employees who are on bench to come to office in the city of Pune which has highest number of corona cases and sit idle even during this pandemic time. If we do not report to the office, they are deducting 50% salary. They are only caring for the employees who are working on some project. 2) They were not ready to give WFH due to which employees get affected by covid . 3)They have mandatory 8 hours of working time which does not include lunch or tea break. 4) People who just want to relax and enjoy the bench time can stay in this company. 5) Your promotion will be delayed hike is very low. 6) No onsite opportunity. 7) Worst canteen, due to working hours policy people are doing lunch at their desk. 8) People have to use their own laptop to work from home. No desktop or Laptop provided by the company. 9) All the companies have provided virtual joining but this company is not ready for online joining till now. You have to come to office and attend 3 days joining programe which is total useless. 9) No transport facility, no gym, no shift allowance. 10) If you do not have any other option, then also don't join this company

      Was Good until HR Policies Kicked in

      Pros

      Pre-Covid - The work culture was good. All the Facilities and other aspects were better.

      Cons

      Since the covid hit, the HR policies changed drastically and were targetted the work culture of the employees overall. No Compensation, No covid leaves, no Light or internet bill. Not even the company desktops or laptops were provided. You would have to rent one or come to the office for Christ's sake! Out of nowhere, HR came out with another policy that all the Grades will have a Notice period of 3 months! I understand the company has people leaving but it is not only because of the pay but also these policies! Please think about your employees! They are giving their heart and soul for you guys!

      Work Culture in Support Services

      You will get a good salary hike compared to other organizations.

      Cons

      1. None of the support projects is there where you can enhance your skills in terms of technology. 2. They will take your interview very hard to create an illusion in your mind. 3. On the office's premises, you will feel like you are in jail (Support Services/West Avenue Office). 4. There is nothing to do in terms of technology so you will spend all your day while playing Table Tennis or Snooker. 5. There is no WFH policy in the company and the leave structure is also very worst. 6. I have seen many people in Cybage who are stuck in the company due to a lack of knowledge as per the market standard.

      - Challenging work but again that depends on project u r working on. - Helpful people.

      Cons

      I'm leaving this organization just because of the manager. Managers are here since very long time like from last 10 15 years since they passed out. Some managers are very pathetic in behavior like all kinds of micro management they do to track ur work maybe like they ask us to stay in a call for whole day even if u r not talking. Onsite architect are like dictators they think of, not help but yes dictatorship definitely they do. Managers with 0 technical knowledge will advice u in technical stuff. Architects also behaves in same manner.

      a) Bad pay masters. Pay very less as per market standards. They want good resources at least packages. b) Worst management during first lockdown. They deducted all leaves of employees, if leaves got exhausted, salaries were cut & they were asked to come on Saturdays to compensate for it. c) At the time of joining, please don't go by total CTC. The variable pay is a complete lie. Whatever is mentioned sometimes even half of it is not given. So, be very careful. Do not fall prey to it. For the 2020-21 financial year, the company made a profit of 16% and instead of getting half of it (as per policy & trend of every year), only 5% was given. d) The thought of process of the company is just to save their money & see how much can be extracted from the employee. (Typical Sindhi attitude) They will try to showcase positive things. But hardly do anything for the employee. e) If you are on an internal project, you will have to come to office, no matter what. WFH is not given. f) If an employee has Covid, not even basic leaves are provided. g) Appraisal process is not transparent. If asked on what basis increment is decided, they will not have any answer. h) Many times, projects are not allocated as per your skills. g) Policies are not employee friendly. i) HR follows ancient processes.
