Pros
Great colleagues. This is the only upside to this workplace. You'll make great friends here.
Cons
Poor resources for massive workload. Working on weekends is an unwritten rule, even in dire medical conditions. Scolded even upon agreement to have the weekends off. Work late hours 80% of the time. A total yes-man to all clientele even with difficult need-it-now requests.
