      Yet another Company in India with Management crisis

      Pros

      If there is one pros, that's only the brand which Prime Focus has bought "DNEG"

      Cons

      - Very poor Work-life balance - Management looking for even tiny holes to cut off your salary - I doubt if they have a retention budget allotted. Every time someone comes up with some issues rather than finding a solution, the managers arm twists citing termination. To be precise they doesn't want anyone to continue working there who raise issues in workplace especially on the workstyle and management decisions. - Needless to say about the workhours. One will have to work more than 60 - 70 hours a week to get paid for 40 hours. - If at all any one wanted to pursue a career in DNEG, they will have to forgot about their personal commitments.

      Nothing good about it I felt, all I can say is all your extra toil money will be transferred to your account every 3 months

      Cons

      To many no personal life given, we are treated as slaves work till late and login early, bad management team in show side. Super arrogant people not worth it
