Pros- flexible work environment, your coworkers will support you

Cons

The most toxic working culture I have every experienced. Upper management are full of air. Expect to not be supported by anyone outside of your immediate team. A lot of shotty managing, gas lighting, disrespect, and burned out. lots of employees get fired or let go for no reason. Turn over is high, pay is not great
